The Saloon Takeover: The story is set in Dodgy City, where a character named Belle Bottoms takes over The Tumbleweed Saloon alongside its staff, Molly Coodle and Butch Casserole.
Striking Gold: Conflict arises when Belle Bottoms and the local mayor clash with the women of the temperance movement. Soon after, Molly’s father, Fester, unexpectedly strikes gold.
The Villain’s Plan: Hearing about the sudden wealth, the Frisco Kid and his outlaw gang hatch a scheme to steal the deeds to Fester’s new goldmine.
The Climax: Following various comedic scrapes, corny jokes, local references, and slapstick twists and turns, the story builds to its comedic namesake conclusion—a massive bunfight and a showdown at The OK Corral.
Join us on Thursday December 3rd, Friday December 4th, or Saturday December 5th (2 shows) for another of the Bemerton Players super fun and entertaining pantos!
